Far infrared sauna
This type of sauna uses radiant energy and is very comfortable to use. Instead it uses the moisture to produce sweating, home far infrared sauna sweat producing an infrared absorption wave. It is a penetrating heat with the water molecules absorb infrared wavelengths, and the resident frequency, increase the water molecules. Since there is no moisture, and saunas are dry.
The average temperature in the far infrared sauna is between 125-150 degrees F.
How to choose
Decides whether you choose traditional, steam, or a far infrared sauna for your home is a very personal thing. If you have had experience in the sauna before, May you have a favorite. If not, you will need to decide what sounds best for you.
One thing to remember is that home infrared sauna is very easy to use. Do not use water to create moisture, which can be a big consideration. Also, if you plan to move your sauna, it will be the easiest one to take with them or even move to another location in your home.
